Refund Policy

Refund requests will be honored within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

• The product was purchased in the last 30 days.

• The product is in its original packaging.

• The product isn't used or damaged.

To initiate a refund, please contact us at orders@recordcrankshaft.com. We will require proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number.

Once we receive your request, we will process the refund when we have received the item being returned. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase within 3 to 5 business days.

Please note that there will be a 20% restocking fee on all items, regardless of whether orders are cancelled prior to shipment. This fee applies to all cancellations and returns. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
